At Art in Printables, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

Digital Downloads

All of our digital products are available for instant download after payment. Because of the digital nature of these items, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded. This policy helps us protect our designs and the work that goes into creating them.

If you encounter any issues with your files – such as missing content, broken links, or problems accessing your download – please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by replacing the file or providing an alternative solution.

 

Physical Prints (Posters & Canvas)

We want you to love your wall art. If your physical print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please note:

  • Returns for physical prints are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Because our physical products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or custom-size orders.
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we cannot refund or replace items lost due to an incorrect address.

General Notes

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to download before a sale ends.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the required software and skills to use the digital files before purchasing.
